A small sampling of TWC’s successful projects:

International FUNDRAISING IMPLEMENTATION

Led a project for an international fundraising organization that was based in the US, with offices around the world. Coordinating with their software vendor , we created a new system that processed multiple currencies, in multiple countries and banks, and was a sub-ledger to their accounting system.

Large National FUNDRAISING SOFTWARE SELECTION

Directed the RFI and RFP processes to determine the best hardware and software solution for an organization, based on their specific needs.

DATABASE INTEGRITY IMPROVEMENT

Analyzed the database integrity for a large national non-profit and identified large numbers of duplicates, conflicts in codes, lack of standardization, and other data problems. Directed a series of clean up projects that consolidated accounts, improved our understanding of the nature of each donor and their motivation, and improved processing. The net results of this project were a reduction in costs and increases to fundraising revenue.

DATA SECURITY

Led projects to define Data and Physical Security Policies and Procedures. Implemented new policies and procedures to improve overall security.
